What You’ll Need to Prepare
All applicants must complete the full application form, which collects biographical, educational, and travel information along with your essay responses. You’ll be able to type or paste your essays directly into the text boxes provided in the form.
Important: The form does not auto-save, so we strongly recommend drafting your essays in a separate document first, then copying and pasting when you’re ready to submit (approx. 10–15 minutes).
1. Short Responses
All applicants are asked to complete two short written responses:
-
Prompt 1 (150–250 words):
If you could create a new club or organization at your school, what would it be and why? Describe how you would implement and lead this initiative.
-
Prompt 2 (50–150 words):
Briefly tell us why you’re interested in Natsu Camp! How might this experience shape your personal, academic, or career goals?
2. Need-Based Scholarship Applicants Only
If you’re applying for a need-based scholarship, you’ll also need to submit:
-
Additional Essay (150–250 words): Share a story about a time you helped others, supported a cause, or stood up for something you believe in — big or small. What impact did it have on you or your community?
-
Financial Documentation:
-
A self-declared financial statement explaining your family’s financial situation
-
At least one verifiable proof of income, such as: Official tax return, Recent salary slip or income certificate, Government-issued low-income verification letter (with contact information), School-issued financial verification letter (with contact information)
-
🔒 Confidentiality: All financial documents are reviewed only for scholarship decisions and are never shared with third parties.
⚙️Technical Notes: The form does not auto-save. Draft your essays in a separate document first, then copy and paste when ready.

Interview Notes
Some applicants may be invited to join a brief informal interview if we need to clarify parts of your application.
-
Not getting an interview is not a bad sign — most applicants are admitted without one.
-
Interviews are simply an opportunity for us to get to know you better if there are outstanding questions.
